She serves as Executive Director of Africa Global Solutions, an organization focused on building public-private partnerships between international entities and African governments.

She also played a key leadership role in organizing and promoting the P3 United States-Africa Summit in Washington, D.C., bringing together stakeholders around technology adoption, blockchain, digital transformation, investment and economic development across African markets.

As Senior Vice President of Rudder Sports Management Inc., Fesshaye supports the company's strategic growth, international partnerships, sports development initiatives, and engagement with governments, institutions, corporations and international stakeholders.

Alongside her business and international development career, Fesshaye has established a strong presence in the global fashion and beauty industry. In 2012, she launched SHENEN Skincare, her proprietary skincare brand, and travelled internationally to develop and promote the business.

She has more than a decade of experience as a professional makeup artist and luxury skincare consultant, including work as an artist and spokesperson for Chanel and leadership roles supporting operations at major transportation hubs through the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority.

Christopher Ekhator is a sports management executive, entrepreneur, media professional and former footballer with extensive experience across sports development, international partnerships, sports media and strategic business development.

Ekhator serves as Vice President of Rudder Sports Management Inc., where he supports the organization's strategic direction, international partnerships, business development and sports initiatives. His work focuses on developing opportunities that connect athletes, clubs, governments, institutions, corporations and international stakeholders through sport.

With experience across grassroots football, youth development, international competitions, sports diplomacy and sports business, he is passionate about using sports as a platform for youth development, talent identification, education, economic opportunity and international collaboration.

Ekhator has been involved in developing and supporting international sports initiatives across Africa and the United States, including football competitions, youth development programs, university sports initiatives, sports tourism projects and government-focused sports development proposals.

Through Rudder Sports Management's strategic partnerships, he works to create opportunities that connect African sports markets with international organizations, businesses, athletes and development partners.

Ekhator is also the founder and sports media executive behind ASN Sports TV, a sports media platform focused on football, international competitions, MLS and major sporting events.

His media experience includes sports reporting, interviews, match coverage, player features and commentary. He has worked to create platforms that connect fans, athletes, clubs and sports organizations while increasing visibility for sports and athletes.

Before transitioning into sports management and media, Ekhator was a professional footballer and represented Nigeria at the youth international level, including involvement with the Flying Eagles U-20 program.

His experience as a former player gives him a unique understanding of athlete development, competition, sports performance and the challenges athletes face in building sustainable careers.

Afolayan Opeyemi Ayomikun-oprah serves as Head of IT for Rudder Sports Management. He supports the company digital operations across sports development projects, tournament communications, website administration, backend publishing, media updates and search-ready online visibility. His work helps keep official company information, project updates and digital records organised for partners, organisers and formal documentation needs connected to Rudder Sports Management assignments.
